Scores of new faculty in our college have used a peer observation process to gain feedback about their teaching, and most note that it is a very useful experience.

Would you like a pair of trained observers to visit your class and offer confidential and supportive feedback? Your commitment includes (1) a 30 minute pre-observation meeting with the observers, (2) allowing the observers to visit your class, and (3) a 30 minute post-observation meeting.
